What does it cost?
The first 2 weeks are a free pilot, and setup is free. If you keep it, it's $149/month at our founding rate, locked for 12 months, month to month. You'll also need ManyChat Pro (about $40/month, on your own ManyChat account), which connects Welko to Instagram. All in, that's about the cost of three hours of front-desk time a week, and it answers every DM, day and night.
Do you need my Instagram login?
No. We never ask for your Instagram password. You connect your Instagram to ManyChat yourself, with Instagram's official sign-in, and add us to your ManyChat so we can set things up. Welko only replies to DMs: it never posts, comments or changes your profile. You can pause it or remove us anytime.
Will it sound like a robot?
No. We set it up with your tone (warm, punchy, emoji or not) and keep replies short, the way a good front-desk person texts back.
What if it gets something wrong or doesn't know?
It only uses the information you've approved. If something isn't covered, it tells the person your team will follow up, and alerts you right away.
Can my staff take over a conversation?
Anytime. Handed-off conversations pause the assistant for that person, so your team can reply from the inbox without it talking over them.
Do I need special booking software?
No. Welko sends people to the booking links you already use (Mindbody, Momence, Arketa, Square and so on). Live schedule sync is available for some platforms.
